New overall ladies course record: Karen Axelsdottir - 1:02:28. Karen Axelsdottir (F30-39) improved on her own overall ladies course record by nearly 30seconds.
New age group course records: Sandra Blenkinsop (F50-59): 1:08:18
Pavan Rooprai (M15-17): 1:04:21 …hard luck the Rory Atkins who broke the M15-17 run record first this year in Race 1 with a 19:27 … only for this to be turned over by Pavan in Race 4
New overall run records: Ben Holland (M20-29): 16:45 …this record hadn’t been broken since Race1 2007 … this new record may stand for some time!
Vicky Gill (F30-39): 18:45 … Vicky broke the record once in Race 1 (19:39) … but not happy with that went on to break it again in Race 4 with an 18:45!!!!
