Children’s Aquathlon & Junior Triathlon Photography

Thames Turbo wants competitors family members to be able to take legitimate photos or video footage of their children. However, there is evidence that certain individuals will visit sporting events to take inappropriate photographs or video footage of children/young people. It is essential that we should be vigilant about this possibility.

Thames Turbo will have a photo registration for those wishing to take photographs or video footage of children/young people. Please note that no photography is allowed in the changing rooms or pool side. If you wish to take photos of the run section, please complete the Photo Permit Form and bring it with you to registration at the event. You will be given a sticker to wear showing that you have registered to be able to take photos. Please make sure that this is worn at all times. Where possible your child should be the only one being photographed. If any marshal/adult or competitor asks you to stop, you must not continue.
