When? Thursday 24th June 2010, Race Start 7.30pm in Bushy Park.

Briefing? Registration closes at 7.10pm, Race briefing 7.10pm then make way tostart line in Bushy Park at 7.20pm

Where? Bushy Park & Hampton Open Air Pool

What? Mass start 5k run, doing our regular Sprint Race in REVERSE. Starting in Bushy Park and then finishing at the pool, and straight into a 426m Swim, 12 lengths of the pool.

Stuff? The race is limited to 99 competitors. On-line entries will open in early January. Prizes for the first 3 Male and first 3 Females. Spot prize by draw available to anyone at prize giving.

Easy to see where you are in the race, first three male and first three females out the pool win.

All levels welcome - this race is open to everyone.

Entry cost £11 BTF/ £14 Non BTF. If space available entries on the day are £15.
